Former Nevada basketball coach Mark Fox had a few "What the heck?" moments during the first couple of weeks of his first season as the head coach at Georgia.
Maybe it started when a Bulldogs player asked him whether he believed Georgia could actually win this season.
Or, maybe it was when the Bulldogs lost their second game of the season against Wofford of the Southern Conference.
Or, maybe it was when three of Georgia's players actually forgot to bring their basketball shoes on the team's first road trip.
These are not the things you associate with high-level basketball. But, then again, Georgia hasn't consistently played at a high level in a long time...
