Jerry Meyer at Rivals is reporting that southern CA prep backcourter Cezar Guerrero has re-opened his recruitment -- he had verbaled to Western Kentucky but didn't sign a letter of intent during the open period -- and Meyer lists New Mexico State as a possibility.
