A possible Louisiana tech recruiting target

Always, always, always keep in mind that college recruiting is FLUID. What was yesterday is not today but could be again tomorrow.

With such in mind, Rivals' Justin Young is reporting that Kadeem Green has Louisiana Tech as one of his top schools, along with Pitt and Minnesota.

He's 6-8, 210 four out of the Montverde (FL) Academy and plays for the Ontario Magic club team but also in listed as a member of the Grassroots Canada squad.

Can the Canadian pipeline keeping flowing to Ruston?

Anonymous said...: Wrong player, rivals made a mistake, the player they were reffering to is Kadeem Coleby, who goes by 6'9 230. He plays with Grassroots Canada, the former AAU team of Olu Ashaolu. Grassroots Canada just won the Adidas Super 64tournament in Las Vegas this past weekend

11/01/08: LOUISIANA TECH UPDATE: "Kevin McCarthy over at Parsing the WAC, an excellent source of WAC basketball news, was contacted by somebody familiar with the recent departure of four Louisiana Tech basketball players (which we touched on last week). For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
