A Utah State recruiting target has visited Nevada

The list of schools isn't lengthy here and possibly not complete but there's no mention of Utah State in this post about Washington big 6-10 195 Steven Bjornstad. Stew Morrill has offered (so has Idaho) but Mark Fox/Nevada already got an official last week:

An injury hampered Steven Bjornstad the second half of the summer, but the state's top post player for the Class of 2009 still has some top college options. The rising senior from Columbia River High School in Vancouver is in the midst of his official visits, the first of which he just recently took...

He hit Nevada last weekend and these schools are next:

..."I'm going to Santa Clara on the 20th and St. Mary's on the 27th," Bjornstad said...

11/01/08: LOUISIANA TECH UPDATE: "Kevin McCarthy over at Parsing the WAC, an excellent source of WAC basketball news, was contacted by somebody familiar with the recent departure of four Louisiana Tech basketball players (which we touched on last week). For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
