...1) JaVale McGee is a huge man: Of the 83 players tested, McGee was third in height without shoes (6-foot-11), third in height with shoes (7-0), second in wing span (7-6) and first in standing reach (9-6.5). McGee has even put on a little muscle as he weighed 241 pounds (with a trim 5.3 percent body fat), which is from the 237 pounds he was generously listed at last season.
2) Marcelus Kemp would be a good linebacker: Kemp measured only 6-3 without shoes (he was listed at 6-5 last season), but weighed in at 221 pounds and has an NBA-ready body. He has the stocky build that you see in most football players and his power can definitely be put to good use in the NBA. Kemp bench pressed 185 pounds nine times, which was a little on the low side but still more than the seven reps McGee put up..... Go here for the complete article.
