West Monroe product Dwayne Lathan Jr., released last month by second-year Louisiana Tech coach Kerry Rupp, will transfer to Indiana State.
Dwayne Lathan Sr., the 6-3, 170-pound guard's father, said they made a visit the the Missouri Valley Conference program over the weekend, and faxed in the paperwork for a transfer this morning... Go here for the remainder.
Indiana State is a program on the upgrade in one of the best, if not the best, mid-major conference. Lathan has done well with his move.
