A few recruiting tidbits

6-foot-3 Luke Roh, an Arizona point, is receiving a lot of recruiting interest from many, including Boise State. Go here for Dutch Perryman's article on the 2011 recruit (a Rivals sub is required). Here is an Adam Gorney (Rivals) article on Roh from May, 2010.

Mike Caffey, a 6-foot-0 point out of southern California has give a verbal to Long Beach State. Boise and others were 'interested' (interpret as you wish). He's in the 2011 recruiting class and played for the Compton Magic club basketball team..

Summarized from a message board post at the Nor Cal Prep's site: 6-foot-4 shooting guard Khiari Swift (Arroyo High, San Lorenzo, CA) is being watched by Nevada and San Diego State. His numbers last season: 20.7 points and 11.2 rebounds a game. His weight has been listed from 235 to 250.

11/01/08: LOUISIANA TECH UPDATE: "Kevin McCarthy over at Parsing the WAC, an excellent source of WAC basketball news, was contacted by somebody familiar with the recent departure of four Louisiana Tech basketball players (which we touched on last week). For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
