Thursday's WAC basketball digest

Patrick Sheltra breaks it down and his finding is that Idaho should head back to the Big Sky Conference.

One question: what about an exception for Vandal hoops?

Make that two: would parking every other sports program in one conference with basketball in another be feasible?

But as we've witnessed of late, it's been football in one league, the rest in another.

 Robert Kuwada has the news that 6-foot-3 Marvell Harris has signed a Fresno State LOI. He averaged 24 points per game at Eisenhower High at Railto High (southern CA) and also played wide receiver in football. Harris is an ultra-athletic high flyer.

Robert also posted a feature on the addition of Harris.

 Spencer Farrin makes it official on the Antwann Scott to Idaho story. He's a 6-foot-1 junior college backcourter out of Texas who averaged 15.1 points per contest on 44%, 37% and 77% shooting respectively.

 San Jose State University has inked Louis Garrett, a 6-foot-6 small forward out of Salt Lake City College. He averaged 8.9 points and 3.6 rebounds a game last season, shooting 43%, 35% and 73% respectively while leading his team in steals with 44.
