Hawaii gets to the point
Alex Kline/The Recruit Scoop is reporting: "Hawaii has landed a commitment from Manroop Clair, a 2012 guard from Huntington Prep (WV)"
Some sites have Clair listed as a 2013 recruit but he probably reclassified. He certainly has a touch from outside.

Tariq Sibiet offers much more on the recruitment of 2013 Canadian guard Manroop Clair. As posted earlier, Seattle has offered but this article also mentions interest from New Mexico State and Hawaii.

Utah State interested in a British Columbia guard
