Friday's WAC basketball report

In a game the Vandals will long rue and the Spartans savor, a 10-point Idaho lead vanished with less than two minutes to play and Idaho fell to Visiting San Jose State University 92-89 in double overtime.

Led by a pair of underclassmen and with limited minutes from Greg Smith, Fresno State nabbed a much-needed victory versus visiting New Mexico State.
