The WAC is looking good tonight

It didn't matter if Brown couldn't do anything for them as Louisiana Tech, spurred by Olu Ashaolu's 18/11 double-double, still took down Georgia State tonight 51-45.

Three in a row for the WAC.

Idaho handled host Montana State by 15, 65-50.

Four in a row.

Utah State went into the den of the Gaels and turned it into a clubhouse via a strong second-half offensive and defensive performance. The Aggies won 75-65 as St. Mary's struggled with both Tai Wesley and Brockeith Pane who both scored 22 points and the former added 11 boards. Tony Jones tweeted the game.

Make that a quintet of WAC wins.

On the mainland, Hawaii was impressive in an 83-69 win over UC Davis.Zane Johnson totaled 32 points on an en fuego nine treys (9-15). UH shot 61% overall, 55% from long distance. It also featured a Kurtz versus Kurtz matchup.

Now, we're counting on two hands as the roll continues.

Northern Colorado enjoyed the hospitality and took down New Mexico State 82-80. PTW thought the Aggie size would prove too much but we were wrong.
