There is speculation at the Go Vandals site basketball forum over the status of Idaho's Renado Parker, the frontcourt transfer from North Idaho College. He remains listed on the official Vandal roster but his name isn't included in the pre-game look at the upcoming match with Portland. Parker played in the exhibition against Northwest Christian, then very briefly against Lewis & Clark but not against Eastern Oregon and Washington State.
Is he redshirting?

May be old news...
Maybe we have previously posted this or someone else has located the information but Jeff Goodman's latest transfer list has former Louisiana Tech backcourter Yonas Berhe as matriculating at Minot State in North Dakota.
We knew that Mychal Ladd had affiliated himself with Washington State but didn't realize he will be a walk-on (at least for this coming season). Ladd will be reunited with point Reggie Moore -- both were teammates at Rainer Beach High in Seattle. Moore originally committed to Fresno State but decided to go elsewhere.
We still be unable to locate a new home Kofi Mensa, who had been connected to New Mexico State as a commit He was at Mountain State Academy in West Virginia last season.

One of the questions most Aggie basketball fans are asking is who is going to replace Jonathan Gibson next season? We don't know the answer, in fact, nobody will know the answer for sure until Signing Day. However... Go here for the remainder (scroll down to the third item). Here's a guarantee: the kid's name is going to be part of a 1,001 cute leads in articles about him.
What is also interesting is that Nevada is mentioned in the article as having/had interest in another player on the team, a three-point shooter.
