Nevada looking at a CA 2012-er

Steve Hu @ Nor Cal Preps has an article up today on Berkeley High's Langston Morris-Walker. He's a 6-foot-4 junior-to-be. Nevada (unfortunately it's listed as Nevada-Reno) has "expressed immense interest in him..." as have many other schools.

Go here and a Rivals sub is required.

Here is a YouTube video of Morris-Walker highlights. The young man looks like he already has a D-1 body.

11/01/08: LOUISIANA TECH UPDATE: "Kevin McCarthy over at Parsing the WAC, an excellent source of WAC basketball news, was contacted by somebody familiar with the recent departure of four Louisiana Tech basketball players (which we touched on last week). For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
