Nick Jezierny moving over

Nick Jezierny has tweeted: "To all the inquiries about my future: Thanks. I'm still at IdahoStatesman but not writing. Paper is hiring someone new to cover BSU hoops"

It's hopefully a move up and maybe part of a master plan that will allow the training time for him to finish numero uno in the Race to Robie Creek.

We searched for an on-line photo of Nick in running gear but apparently all such material has been confiscated and now kept in a #2 mayonnaise jar on Funk and Wagnall's porch.

11/01/08: LOUISIANA TECH UPDATE: "Kevin McCarthy over at Parsing the WAC, an excellent source of WAC basketball news, was contacted by somebody familiar with the recent departure of four Louisiana Tech basketball players (which we touched on last week). For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
