Monday morning -- hey, rumor has it there's a game tonight

bpd must have his ear to the ground (or a phone line tapped) since he is consistently posting information about Aggie recruiting at the USUFans Stew's Spectrum MB. His latest is about Marvin Jean, a 6-foot-5 sophomore backcourter out of Sullivan Community College in New York. Jean was a first team selection on the Mid Hudson Conference this season and averaged 13 points per game on 41%, 40% and 73% shooting. He grabbed 6.7 rebounds a game and totaled 83 assists in 30 games. He was the conference MVP the season before.

For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
