The WAC beat reporters/columnists come through

A big thank you to the WAC beat reporters and columnists for providing new material this morning.

So let's start with this:

Jason Groves offers a commentary on New Mexico State basketball and tells us about some national recognition coming its way. Barring some unforeseen NBA draft decision or a repeat of the will-he-or-won't-he make his grades scenario, the Aggies are positioned to be the choice to win the WAC yes, but also the conference team to do some infuriating damage to an upper crust team come Big Dance time.

+++++

Brian Murphy provides a column that chides BSU's athletic administration for missing a moment to generate some much-needed cash and also says it's time to get basketball program creative.

+++++

Ferd Lewis coins the term -- and it's a great one -- for the festering surrounding UH hoops: "As Mānoa Turns" but our sense is all will be copacetic before too long as the closing of the column hints.

+++++

Rivals is reporting that New Mexico State (and many others) have offered Wisconsin prepster Junior Lomomba. He's a 6-foot-4 2012 wing.
