Pennsylvania kid wants NMSU to court him again

Here's a Philly kid being pursued by some very solid programs but he wants more suitors, including a request that New Mexico State (among others) start back up whispering in his ear.

Jesse Morgan, a 6-foot-4, 175-pound shooting guard from Philadelphia (Pa.) Onley High School, will be signing in the spring. He hopes to have a long list of schools to choose from when that time comes around.

At the moment, his list of pursuers is small and manageable. Morgan said he has heard from Nebraska, Baylor, Marquette and Temple and all four schools are consistent in his recruitment...

For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
