During his senior season, we watched Luke Babbitt play against California power Archbishop Mitty and offered that his shooting range had three categories: long, longer and longest. We suspect his game-winning shot today was from the latter.

The Wolf Pack coach knew it was going in and the game was over.
Babbitt nailed a 28-foot 3-pointer as the buzzer sounded to give the Wolf Pack a 67-64 victory over Louisiana Tech before 1,658 fans at Thomas Assembly Center on Saturday afternoon... Go here for the remainder.
We thought about using an alternative introduction, along the likes of "Mark Fox suddenly gets smarter" for the Nevada-ites who are finding this season frustrating.
Also, kudos to the brass at the Reno Gazette-Journal for providing the $$$ to send Chris Murray to Ruston.
