Trevor Morris gets featured

Here's a nice feature on one of the more unknown Vandals:

Former Missoula Hellgate basketball star Trevor Morris took a bit of a winding road to Moscow, Idaho, but the 6-foot-4 senior guard is wrapping up his career as a Vandal with no regrets.

Morris is averaging 18 minutes and 5.6 points a game for Idaho, which is 7-7 this year under first-year head coach Don Verlin.

The Missoulian recently spoke to Morris about his three years at Idaho, his excellent career at Hellgate, which included a state championship as a senior in 2005, as well as his plans for the future...

11/01/08: LOUISIANA TECH UPDATE: "Kevin McCarthy over at Parsing the WAC, an excellent source of WAC basketball news, was contacted by somebody familiar with the recent departure of four Louisiana Tech basketball players (which we touched on last week). For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
