Utah State has offered Zeke Chapman

Coach Stew Morrill has formally extended an offer to 6-foot-2 Arizona prep guard Zeke Chpaman, the son of former Kentucky backcourter Rex Chapman.

Anthony Ray has the details (a Rivals sub is required). A lefty, Chapman also has an offer from UAB and will be visiting Logan early next week.

For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
