The Aggie Eight went California dreaming out to San Jose State University and such quickly became a reality as Utah State led 34-16 after the first 20 minutes and with Spencer Butterfield on his way to another double-double. The game finished 63-36 and the Aggie leader ended with 22/10. USU shot 51% but curiously with only three free throw attempts. The Spartans shot 13-49 overall, just 4-20 from long distance.
SJSU athletics game reports including official notice that James Kinney will not be playing anymore this season.
Kyle Goon, Timothy R. Olsen and Shawn Harrison also game report and all were in San Jose so a triple shout-out goes out to the managements of all the newspapers.
