New Mexico State and Missouri State met in Las Cruces and the former won both 20 minutes on the way to a 71-51 victory. Freshman Sim Bhullar went for 25 points as the Aggies shot 54% to 33% for the visitors.

It was host Seattle 72-49 over Campbell in a game in which the Flying Camels led by two, 32-30, after the initial half. The Redhawks owned the boards 39-18. Deshaun Sunderhaus posted a 15/11 double-double and backcourter D'Vonne Pickett did likewise with 16 points plus 10 boards.

Utah State was back at it, this time with Southern Illinois and the Aggies finished on top 70-58. Kyisean Reed, who named the MVP of the tourney, topped Coach Stew Morrill's crew with 21 points while Preston Medlin contributed 16 points and six assists. Spencer Butterfield missed the game due to illness. USU shot 60% for the game, going 24-40.

San Jose State University paired up with James Madison as part of the Las Vegas Classic and the Spartans were consistent with 34 in each 20 minutes but the Virginia-ites totaled 24 and then 53 to win 77-68. SJSU backcourter LaVanne Pennington topped his team with 16 points. James Kinney was out for the game on suspension.
