Tuesday: one game report, a game preview, plus a bit more

Seattle went on the road to face Eastern Washington and triumphed 75-69. Forward Clarence Trent almost reached a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds while fellow frontcourter Chad Rasmussen led with 16 points on four treys. The Redhawks shot 50%, EW 37%.

For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
