San Jose State University was challenged by visiting Seattle and beat back the Redhawks 76-69 behind 26 points from James Kinney plus 21 from wing Louis Garrett. Forward Chad Rasmussen topped Coach Cameron Dollar's guys with 15 points while Deshaun Sunderhaus finished with just seven. The Redhawks shot but 34% including 8-28 from long distance.
