Shawn Harrison has written a very insightful piece on USU's Spencer Butterfield. Very few remember that Butterfield was a topnotch wide receiver coming out of high school and had D-1 offers but the love of basketball prevailed.

Timothy R. Olsen writes about an outbreak of Medlinsanity in and around Logan and Utah State athletics hopes it spreads like a virus.

Benjamin Miraski writes about the WAC and also offers 1-347 team rankings. He hearts Utah State and Louisiana Tech but also penned this: "...the WAC is looking to make a splash in its final season of relevance..."

No games involving WAC teams are scheduled for tonight.
