WAC refs to focus on these areas

The moving screen on the high pick and roll has got to be brought under control. Players consistently slide or stick out a hip or elbow.
I like the emphasis on calling players for carrying the ball, but last season the refs seemed a bit arbitrary in the application of the rule.
If they want to get charging calls correct, they should start calling a technical foul on players that flop in an attempt to fool the refs. Once players start holding their ground instead of jerking themselves backward and falling to the ground, the refs will be able to see how much contact there actually is. Currently they try to judge contact by how the defender responds, and that just encourages the flopping. Is there a fan out there that doesn't get ticked off by the obvious flopping going on?
