Texas prep Javarez Willis doesn't have Fresno State as a visit

Always remember that things can morph in a nano second in college recruiting but point Javarez Willis, a Texas high schooler, isn't planning on visiting Fresno at this time.

Willis has tripped to Louisiana-Monroe, will hit South Alabama this weekend, followed by a future visit to Houston.

...Other schools have shown interest in Willis such as Fresno State, but for now his third and final trip will be to Houston one of the two available weekends in November. "I'll be looking for the same things there," Willis said. "I'm just trying to see what is the best program where I can fit in at..."

For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision.
