About an hour before every Nevada basketball game, Wolf Pack senior Joey Shaw slowly dribbles near halfcourt from sideline to sideline.

Back and forth. Back and forth. Back and forth.

While the rest of the Wolf Pack players are hoisting up shots during the pre-game warmups, Shaw is visualizing the game that is about to unfold.

Who will he guard? What shots will he take? How can he help the team win that night?

"...Mediocrity continues for the WAC as the league came up largely empty against the toughest competition they faced this week and they now stand 38-32 in non-conference play. Last week we talked about eight games and eight chances earn RPI boosting victories for the league. The end result of those eight games was a 2-6 record..."
