Ca Idaho gain back some lost RPI points for the WAC? The Vandals greet the Portland Pilots today in a game that should be a great one to watch. Hint, hint, hint to you powers-that-be.

Brian McInnis/Honolulu Star-Bulletin has more and UH begins a nine game, month long homestand that should prove healthy to the Rainbow Warrior win-loss record.

Fresno State has San Diego in as a visitor and wants to snap a four-game losing streak. The Toreros have a three-game loss skein of their own. Clovis' De'Jon Jackson will be looking to impress his homies as he's shooting well this season for San Diego while averaging 12.9 points per game.

11/01/08: LOUISIANA TECH UPDATE: "Kevin McCarthy over at Parsing the WAC, an excellent source of WAC basketball news, was contacted by somebody familiar with the recent departure of four Louisiana Tech basketball players (which we touched on last week). For those who don't know, Drew Washington, Dwayne Lathan, Orrim Tims and Brandon Mims were dismissed after meeting with coach Kerry Rupp two weeks ago. Lathan said he was blindsided by the decision. McCarthy’s source, who remained anonymous, said there was more to the story than met the eye."
