LAS CRUCES — Marvin Menzies has been saying it since the beginning of the season: He has a plan.

Three of those players who have made significant impacts for the team have been point guard Hernst Laroche, forward Troy Gillenwater and center Hamidu Rahman. The trio has put in major minutes on the hardwood in their first year with the program and has had varying degrees of success.
"You know, those guys have all gotten out on the court and have gotten valuable time," Menzies said.
"You look at a player like Troy, when he's a senior, he'll have logged major minutes, beginning in his freshman year. It's been a phenomenal benefit..." Go here for the remainder.
